    Default Cabbage and Kielbasa

We call it Opah's sausage because that is the brand that we use. Well, I call it red sausage. Any-who, I cooked 1/2" slices of cabbage at 400 for 40 minutes. Then, cubed the sausages, one per person, so 2, and heated them in iron skillet before throwing in cooked cabbage and mixing them. So simple and so good. I will do this again.
Last night, DH grilled chicken and sausages. I am eye-balling those leftovers!
