My white sock guy was able to hold up the latest finish for me last night. It was actually finished on Sunday, but kept forgetting to take pictures. This is a simple blue/cream 9 patch with navy sashings and border, all from my stash. Quilted in a cross hatch design that had a few rows ripped out and replaced due to the walking foot that wanted to jump. It was marked with a green Crayola Washable Marker and had to be washed 3 times to remove it all. It will be a donated quilt to Project Linus, but since JoAnns no longer accepts these, I will wait until I get 3 quilts or more to drive the 40 miles round trip to the closest donation spot. Working on something pink now with hearts and then want to make something green. Useing my stash one quilt at a time....LOL.

Your white sock guy did a fabulous job and so did you on your stash quilt! Perhaps check to see if there is a guild close to you and see if you can work with them to make and distribute the quilts to the drop off. Maybe this way you could share the driving portion with others. Just a thought.

What a lovely donation quilt. Thank you "white sock guy" for his expertise in holding it up for you. My DH does the same!
Beautiful quilts can be made with stash and this is a fine example. Thanks for sharing.
