    Default 9P yellowstone

For someone who doesn’t like to repeat a quilt this makes two I’ve made like the one in the show series. I decided to start piecing this one Sunday night. I feel like I’ve been in a quilting marathon! I made 80 nine patches Monday. I had to go to a town 38 miles north of me to get the gray. They ALWAYS have it. Well, they did but not enough. So Wednesday I went to a town about the same distance south of me and got all I needed. I quilted all day today, then trimmed and sewed binding on. I don’t feel it’s my best work bc of the rush but Whew! I’m done ! ✅.
I stipple or meander quilted this one bc of the rush but the last photo shows the first one I ruler quilted. Both quilted on my sit down long arm. This is for my granddaughter a fund raiser. I hope it does well. Thanks for looking.

It looks great to me. As I have said before, you always do such beautiful work...even when rushed.

That’s a lot of nine patches! All beautifully done. I hope the fundraiser does well and it should.

I showed your quilt photo to a couple of quilting buddies, who belong to the local QOV group. They thought the pattern would make a great QOV. Not all our veterans want a quilt with Maple leaves or patriotic panels. Thanks for sharing your quilt. Hope it does really really well at the fund raiser.
