I have changed my online name to 73+ quilts due to the fact that someone signed in as myself and stated that I was leaving the board. This is NOT true. I have no intention of leaving this board. I do know who posted that message and the why behind it. Please understand that I have never received emails as described in that post. I tried to find the post but was not able to do so. Therefore I have started this thread to state that I am still working on my quilts and the quilts for the Children’s Hospital as mentioned previously.
My new “name” is 73+ quilts. Thanks, MaryKa.

for once I agree with onebyone on something...pathetic, but maybe it wasn't this board, I'm akalamquilts lots of places, easy for me to get confused
but you might add a note to your posting name 'the artist formely known as MaryKa" so we know.

Things like that do happen, but haven't seen it here. I checked your MaryKa post history, there hadn't been much recent activity. (Last posts were about a month ago) Sometimes entire threads are moderated out/off a board and we would certainly could have missed something like that. BTW, that's the reason for the limited amount of time posts can be edited, is to leave a record so someone can't be flamed and then the message is deleted.
When things like this do happen on other boards I'm on, it sadly usually turns out to be "my little brother" or someone else had access to account information is pretty much always on the other side of the computer and not a random internet attack. Not to say they don't happen.
But anyway -- here you are! Grats for that
