I figure since I am reading y’all I should say “Howdy” and “Thank You” for all the informative info, etc…
I’m new at posting on boards (this is my 1st).
I’ve been quilting about 22 years (pretty new at it). I do love to find new ways to make my quilting unique and fun.
And my nickname is a play on my actual first name (Robin). Anyone want to guess how my friends of 55 years got from Robin to MsThread?

I shall have to ponder the name transition...
But while I"m here -- Howdy Back!
My sister in law loves San Diego so much, that although she could work basically anywhere and her wife works from home, they moved from a lovely house with mature yard/trees, outdoor living and all that near Sacramento to a condo in San Diego (although it is more what I would think of as a row or town house).

hummm, style of quilting?? Well I love to learn anything that helps me make the quilt that’s in my head and heart. I make my quilts for others my process starts with an individual, someone I care for, and takes in a life of its own. I love trying different ways to do something. And just like I can’t stick to a baking recipe, I can’t stick to a pattern either. I have fun. I haven’t met a quilter I didn’t like!
