    Default Attic Window

Hello, I have one question: I am interested if there exists a pattern for an opened attic window? I hope you understand what I mean! I did a search through the internet but only found a picture of such a quilt but no pattern how to do it!
    Greetings from Germany!

I haven’t seen a pattern but like you I’ve seen pictures of an open attic window. Good luck in your search. Maybe someone will know of a source.

Can you point us to the image you want? I couldn't really get any good search results and I can't figure out what makes it "open".

Is this using panels? Is it something other than traditional attic window blocks?

https://www.quilterscache.com/A/AtticWindowsBlock.html is a classic attic window block -- free pattern website.

There are a couple old links here in the quilting board for bay attic window quilt, too. Bay Attic Window with a panel. has a picture and a references to Ellen B.

And a great pininterest site for ideas https://www.pinterest.com/wilhelmmjjm/attic-windows/
