Like a lot of people, I’m sad JoAnne’s closed because I bought from them often for donation quilts. It wasn’t far to go for me. On the bright side, I’m using stash that needs to be made into quilts and other things. Presently I’m making a slew of potholders for a mission that helps people get set up in dwellings of their own.

I hope you find another shop nearby to keep you in fabrics that will allow you to keep donating! The potholders sound like a great project! Post some pictures if you can! How many do you hope to make?
