a searh for Brenda Papadakis Manges obituary brings up nothing so guessing she is still alive and kicking.
I finished my DJ quilt in the late 90's so haven't kept up with anything in that realm.
the quilt comes up ever so often in conversation, mostly 'gotta get back to work on that'

Google is your friend ... out of curiosity, I googled ... "Brenda Papadakis" ... and there's several links about her patterns and of course, herself.
The first link to an October 2025 FB, shows Brenda IRL.
