    Default NOCTURNE quilt
    Wondering has anyone done this quilt? I saw it on line it is a free pattern from maywood I am working on one and using the ombre fabric

    I still have a little over 2 yards of my ombre fabric so this might be something to use it on, thanks

    I love this design, and it looks like it might be just half square triangles! Please let us know how it goes. I may need to do one of my own someday.

    I love the 3D effect achieved with the ombre fabric. This pattern really appeals to me. Thanks for sharing it. I look forward to seeing some finished quilts in full colour.

    question how do you trim to size half square triangles the blocks have to be trimmed to 8 1/2 any suggestions

    I would trim them like any other HST. Are you having problems with the size? Perhaps watching the online video would give you some pointers.

    If you have problems trimming HST's, there are a multitude of YouTubes that give very clear instructions.
