    Default Your favorite baby quilt

Our Project Linus is requesting as many baby/toddler quilts we can make to go to 3 hospitals. So, what is your fav little quilt.
I've been making larger quilts for so long my brain is having trouble scaling down...lol

Any one of the three yard quilts by Fabric Cafe - there are a lot of easy and fun patterns. I use them for the baby quilts I make.

A Disappearing Nine Patch is always on my favorite list!

Also for scrap quilts - Bonnie Hunters Carolina Chain.

i just made one using 6.5 inch squares of flannelette. It was super fast. And if you have a cute piece of baby/child fabric that is the right size--that's a top! It doesn't have to be a fancy pattern or even pieced.

    Warm wishes always looks nice.

Anything with alternating blocks. My "thing" about them is that I think they look better is when they are even x even or odd x odd.

Hey Julienm1… on the Bonnie Hunter/Carolina Chain pattern… if you have an Accuquilt cutter - you can make quick work of the prep work for the pieces! I believe that the pattern calls for a different size, but i just use my cutter to get 2 1/2” squares and 2 1/2” x 4 1/2” rectangles. I do usually resize most of her patterns so i can use my cutter. I have the 8” die cube so i just pull the shape dies needed for the pattern pieces and everything fits together! Just a tip 🤩

A panel with added blocks around it. Also the fabric book blocks made into a quilt. Toddlers like characters and pictures.
