    Default bernina free snowflake pattern

    has any one done this older pattern
    i started would love to finish but cant find instructions online anymore
    i don't know what size sashing between blocks I'm thinking 1.5 i could use any size but have the half sq triangles already cut

    Good find, Dunster. It seem like the only place that the sashing size is mentioned is in the cutting instructions in Part One. You need 34--2 1/2 x 6 1/2 and 34--2 1/2 x 8 1/2. Bookmarking this pattern for a future scrappy.

    Looks like what you had pictured was the layout for the individual blocks.

    I also thought sashing was necessary from that illustration.

    Seems much easier to put together now.

    I agree. I thought there was sashing, too. It looks like it will go together really quickly and easily now.

    Cute quilt pattern, picked that one up as well as the Scrap Along. Thought it would work great for all those pesky scraps that tend to breed during the night.

    The illusion of sashing is created by the last two pieces of the squares being white, like the background. Nice way to create sashing, all in one step!
