I have been reading and absorbing the info for the last year of so, finally decided to take the time to actually join all of you. I've learned a lot from reading all the messages posted. I hope to be able to do my share and maybe help others.

I'm absolutely passionate about quilting. There just isn't enuf hours in the day for all my ideas!! Lord, give me patience!!

Haaaa...haaaa...haaaaa! that is really funny! i live in Florida too but you would not want to be here right now. This has been the coldest week I have ever had in the 30 yrs I have lived here. They are forcasting snow for tomorrow!! Lol now you know why I am laughing at your comment. Maybe in a few weeks you might think about it. ;-)

Hello gma frog. Welcome to the group. I have just joined as well. Same as you...been reading and learning for a while and just had to join. I am in Okeechobee. Love quilting!! Am fairly new to quilting and have alot to learn but do now I am hooked.

Hi and welcome from central Wisconsin. What part of northern Wisconsin are you from? I have a dear friend who goes to Florida in the winter. She leads our quilt group in the spring, summer and fall and is a quilting wonder!!
