Hi Everyone,

The Golden Thimble is doing a cute, free BOM series called "Quilt Barns". This will make a 48" square wall hanging. You can find the first installment as well as the fabric requirements and other instructions here - you'll need to scroll about 3/4 of the way down the page:

Have fun!

Oh, thank you so much. I found some sites/blogs that I'd never visited that combine embroidery with quilting. Also have a lead on some great Valdani embroidery floss.

Hi,
www.theraspberryrabbits.com is selling a set of the Valdini for her block of the month for $30...not sure about the shipping. I've emailed her to see if they are the little balls or the big ones, couldn't tell from her pictures. I'm guessing little ones but the colors are pretty. She also sells individual ones. Not that I really need any right now, but when did need come into it?
