Take a picture of it. Surprisingly, you can see more
details in the picture than simply looking at it directly!!
That's what some design experts suggest. This works for
rooms, yards, houses AND clothing designers as well.

I saw a post in another forum of a picture of a quilt where one block was completely opposite of all the rest (there were quite a number of blocks). Instead of correcting it, she named the quilt,

Oh ya - I did a tree skirt for a wedding gift. Had it all binded and was tying it and then realized I had one row on the wrong way...........guess what..... I gave it to them like that. The bride was my daughter's good friend and she was like a daughter to me and she never said one word about it!!! Wonder if they even noticed!

I have done that so many times...everything is just going together so beautifully and then ooops I notice I messed up, Nothing to do but rip it out & fix it. I giggled when you said you wouldn't rip it gently....it didn't mean to make you mad. LOL
