The colors and the movement in the quilting remind me of the ocean,
Ahhh...

I am so impressed with your quilt and the quilting! I have always hand quilted and am just now starting to think about machine quilting. I have an old Bernina and just recently discovered that I could quilt with it. I have tried free motion quilting on a practice piece, and I wasn't to happy with it, after seeing what you did with your walking foot, I feel better about doing something like that. May I ask, how did you baste it, and did you mark the whole thing before starting, or did you do it in sections? Thanks for any help.
