I just got off the phone with my SIL in Nashville.... she was letting me know that they are up high and still safe, and she was telling me about the flooding in their area.....

I am hoping and praying that you are all okay and somewhere safe and dry!!! I can't imagine what some of you are going through right now, and am hoping that you can let us know that you are safe and sound!!!
(((HUGS))) and prayers being said for you all

I just swam home using my car as a boat, and it's still raining buckets out there! And I'm on MAIN ROADS - not little side roads.

I just talked to my brother in Hendersonville, TN on the lake and he said the lake is the highest it has ever been.

My SIL lives on a hill in Nashville, and she said all of the roads are flooded, and they are stuck there till the water recedes... They went out and stocked up on supplies just in time.... I can't believe that the water is that high and it hasn't crested yet.... I was watching videos of various areas of TN, it is so scary!!!!

We live in Northeast TN and have been very lucky this weekend. We got a small rain shower last night and some wind but nothing bad.
