    My friend gave me this recipe. Her teenage boys like it too. She lost 75 lbs & got a new husband!

    Mix 2 boxes instant vanilla sugar free/fat free pudding mix
    1 container Fat Free Cool Whip
    3 cups skim milk

    Layer in a 9 x 12 pan with salt-less saltines, saltines on bottom& top.
    Refrigerate! Let sit overnight or for at least 6 hours. I sprinkle Starbucks mocha powder on top. A serving of 2 squares equals about 3 points. Yummo!

    Question? I presume you mix the pudding with the milk - do you also mix the Cool Whip in there? (if I'm being dense, blame it on the heat!)
