Try this recipe for grilled chicken (great for picnics):

I used the seasoning (without the oil) as a rub, started it on the grill and finished it in the oven (started to rain). I don't like hot, spicy stuff and I don't like a lot of herbs. Almost every rub recipe has one or the other, but not this one. It was delicious and I loved it. Thought it tasted like KFC grilled chicken!
