I've never been to this shop, but I've heard it's nice: http://www.queenannslace.com/

It would be the closest quilt shop to Disney, but there are some others if you want to drive a bit.

If you don't mind driving for about 2 hours, the shop 'to die for' is Rainbow's End. Their store has 18,000 bolts of fabric. They only have a blog right now. It looks like they're planning on an online store. Here's their contact information and store hours:

Rainbow's End Quilt Shoppe
941 Broadway Street
Dunedin, Florida 34698
Phone: (727)733-8572
Fax: (727) 736-0235

Hours:
Monday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Wednesday 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Thursday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

I agree - the Dunedin shop is WONDERFUL and well worthe the trip. Four of us made a four hour drive once to go over there - spent a weekend there and had so much fun!

Ditto on Rainbow's End!!! My DM lives in Dunedin & it's a MUST everytime I go visit her we go to the LQS!!! You won't be sorry! I compare all other LQS to Rainbow's End and haven't found another one that I like better. Everything is arranged so nicely, by color, by designs(30's repro), by themes, etc....
They have the largest display of Christmas fabrics I've ever seen. They display quilts and other projects throughout the store & have the fabrics available by each one. The staff is very knowledgeable & helpful.

My sister used to live in Dunedin. Unfortunately she had to move to Virginia, and the last time I visited her I had no time to scout LQS. Now I'm sad. :(
