These are actually things I made a few months ago: the bright one was for a mock up of a quilt I'm making my daughter (only it is much scrappier) and the star sampler was a gift to my MIL. The batik cake plates is hanging on my bedroom wall. It measures just under 12 1/2" square, I think. The bright windmills is about 15" by 15", and the sampler is about 16" by 16".

    Love them

Never thought to make a mock up quilt , before trying it full sized . Great thought especially for the tougher quilts

Thanks! I wanted to see how it would all pull together, especially the sashing material.

I love little quilts! You get to try a new technique or block and you have a finished product so much faster.

Great workmanship. Everything is so crisp and classic looking on that blue star sampler.

    Thanks for showing them here.
