    1. It is better to quilt on the line, then to be expressive and go outside the line.

    2. Just because your needle is going as fast as it can go, doesn't mean you need to go as fast as you can go.

    3. Practice blocks are your friend!

    And Finally...

    4. Feathers that I messed up on have a striking resemblance to Sam the Eagle...
