Jelly Rolls are collections of 2 1/2 inches x 44" strips of fabric. They typically include 40 strips of fabric but can vary.

Did you know there's a shop where you can buy fabric by the strip? So if you need certain colors/fabrics, you can order just what you need. The price isn't much different than the going rate for jelly rolls. Here's the link:
