Hi,
I'm new here. I am looking for a pattern that is cats wearing tuxedos. I seen it in a quilt mag three or four years ago. The mag was borrowed and then lost in a house fire about a year and a half ago. I can't remember the name of the mag or the actual name of the pattern. Any info would be helpful. Thank you.

Hi from Ohio. I did a search and it looks like Pam Bono has a pattern:

Maybe this was in the magazine. I know that some of her patterns have been in The Quilter Magazine. Check with that magazine in the archive section and maybe you can find it there.

Here is a folk-art tuxedo cat:

Try going to http://www.google.com and search on "tuxedo cat quilt" in "Images" to see if you can find a picture of what you are looking for.

You might find what you are looking for at CatFabrics.org. I bought fabric from them and it is good quality.

Thank you but if memory serves me right it wasn't a fabric.

Thank you for the link. Those are cute! I remember it had many little cats wearing tuxedos.

Oh thank you that is the closest I've come to finding it. In the quilt I was looking for I think the cats were also wearing bow ties.

I've searched google before but never tried the images section so I will give that a try later. Thank you for the suggestion. Until I started looking for this quilt I never realized there really was a cat that looked like it was wearing a tuxedo.

Wasn't that in a quilt book of cat patterns by Kime (drawing a blank on the first name)?

Janet Kime

Here's a link to her cat book:

I wonder if it's the White Ties and Tails?
