Hi Ladies and gents, I have a great-grandson, 7 months old that loves monkeys, I would love to make him one for his first Christmas. Does anyone have a pattern for the sock monkeys made out of socks, if so I would buy from you or where I might purchase one. I certainly appreciate any help.I have found ones on internet, but taking a chance of finding one here. Love this site, and love reading all the posts and pics and general chats. Thanks again.

I got my pattern free in the package with the socks, there were also other patterns with it. They are so fun to make!

When I made them the pattern was in the bag with the socks. If you can't find one let me know and I will send you a copy.

I got my pattern free in the package with the socks I purchased at Tractor Supply, but I have seen them at LQS as well.

If you don't feel like making one, I got one at Target for about $15. My four month old grandson loves his! (I remember my brother being very attached to his...he is turning 57 next week)

I remember my mom making them back in the '50s & 60's for church bazaars. Some things never go out of style!
