Yesterday I made a blog asking if anyone felt I was being too hard on myself, someone had asked for pictures. I am making a basic bagello, just blocks and some don't match up exactly as you can tell by the pictures.
What I was asking is if you think I should rip these out and try again, or leave it be.
My DH says that I should leave them as they are only less then 1/16th off and the quilt will be tied.
Opinions please

Yes, you are being too hard on yourself. It looks fine the way it is. You will hear it from others as well.

I think it looks very good. You are being hard on yourself but I do that all the time. Love the colors

That I would not worry about. If it was really off the yes that much you would need to have a close up with a camera to see it :) Keep sewing it is fine!!

You are being way to hard on yourself. Being off that tiny little bit is fine. Your blocks are well balanced and lined up. Keep going with it. I have been quilting for 25 years and not all my blocks line up. You are doing a nice job..
Peace and Blessings

We are always out worst critic/quilt police!! Your blocks look fine! The difference is so small that it doesn't grab your eye to it.

LOL!! I'm in the process of ripping out 39 completed squares because I don't like the direction the seams were pressed. I was in a hurry - It was a big 'oops' - pressed towards the white fabric instead of the dark and the seam allwance shows through the white like a big line!! There is such a difference in the ones that I fixed :) - the fixed blocks look much crisper and cleaner :) Yeah!!!

I'm a perfectionist. If it would bother me, I'd rip it out. Am I hard on myself? Yes. Too hard? Probably.

I agree with everyone, you are being too hard on yourself. When it is quilted, you will not notice any imperfections you see now.
