Seems as if my stomach shrank considerably and now it fills up so fast. Not complaining about that as it makes it so much easier to limit the caloric intake. Below 210 today the first time in 15 + years! Can't believe it. Over the Moon about it! Figure the knees don't need to carry two people around, one is enough and I AM getting there!
