I have done AMAZING today! I am in high spirits, have been eating well, and feel great!

This can only lead to better things. ;)

It can be very frustratiing! I was fine when i weighed friday morning and today I am up a pound. I was fine yesterday and never even touched the left over pie and cheesecake! I know its cyclical so I will not stress and you shouldn't either.

I was really dreading my weigh in this morning, but I didn't gain! Of course there is no way I getting any flannel, since I haven't lost anything all month.

Lost 1 pound and i am soooo happy. down a total of 8 now. really want to see 10 pounds total gone by Christmas.
