I'm still working on my blocks. These last 2 months have been kicking my butt. I lose, then gain, then lose, then gain.. and it's really annoying. I'm right now concentrating on making the 48 blocks that I need to do for the weight I've lost so far.

I have been reading the posts, but have been soooo tired lately that I can't seem to even put a thought together to post. I am working full time now and it is almost more than I can handle.

Weighed this morning and was pleasently surprised by a .8 pound loss. yes I said happy about 8/10ths of 1 pound! It's been slow going. Need to lose 1.8 pounds in the next 2 weeks to hit my mini goal. Good luck everyone!

I'm still in, and haven't made much progress on blocks yet, I have prepared about a yard of fabric for my background on Cathedral Windows, but thats as far as I have gotten on my blocks. And the last couple of months my weight has been bouncing around about the same 5 pounds. Having ups and downs like most here, weight and life. Furnace went out on a weekend when we had below freezing temps, brrr, but also had a family game night in celebration of DSIL birthday, which was a good thing. So I think I need to schedule one day a week to work on my blocks after work.

My weigh in was last Friday. I gained .9. This weekend I went out and bought a fitness game for my Wii and today I actually did the exercises. Now I can't breath. :-)

I have just been "lurking", hoping someone would post. I am prediabetic and have rheumatoid arthritis, and am about 50 pounds overweight. I know what to do--just don't seem to have the will power to do it. I need to be accountable every week (or every day), not just to the doctor every 3 months. The nearest WW and Tops are 25 miles away. One thing that is helping me feel better is giving up my diet coke. I was drinking at least 1 every day. My bed runner is not looking good (I'm, adding 3D flowers), only 10 pounds since 1/1/11.
We can be less "fluffy". We will be, we will be!!!

10 pounds is great. Slow and steady is the best way to lose. We didn't put it on over night so we can't expect to lose it over night either.
