With all that's said about losing the spirit of Christmas with shopping, cooking, decorating, over-spending, you read something like this and you say, "Yes, Charlotte, there is a God."...to change the wording a little. When we remember that we give gifts as the Magi gave to the Christ child, then gifts like yours show the true meaning of giving and the reason for the season. You are already blessed by the season.

:thumbup: The Red Rose Quilt Guild in PA that I was a member of donated over 150 quilts to the buse Center each year. Every child that came throuh the door received a quilt. They also worked with the Police and Fire stations to supply children and familes in need. It was a wonderful partnership.

Your experience strengthens my believe that quilts are a "gift of love".
