I made this kit to sell here, but grew attached to it:> So, I whipped it up a few days ago.

Very cute!
I'm making a flannel rag quilt right now too.

What size squares did you use? Seems like I have been cutting blocks for days! Didn't think it would take me this long to get it cut.

The blocks are 8 1/2". I list rag quilt kits here for sale sometimes. Saves a ton of time;> I can't imagine have to cut all this by hand. Ouch!

That is so cute! I like the fancy stitch you used for the X in the center of each square. Never thought of doing that. So what is the final dimensions of your quilt when you are finished?

My blocks are cut 5 inches and I'm using a pinking rotary cutter.

Just went by a video by Missouri Quilt. Can you tell this is my first quilt???????? Being a newbie sure isn't easy. :cry:
