Here are some pics of my third Come Back Quilt. I was inspired by a display of fabrics I saw at the Ironstone Quilt Show in Murphys in 2009. The pattern is Serenity, by Dorie Javier. It was machine quilted by Tisha Cabral.

The pics don't render the right color of green. But if I had to do this one again, I would use a cream color for the sashing to better frame the Japanese prints.

I love this look. Lovely room. I have collected many different oriental prints over the past couple of years...just waiting for the right pattern to come along.
What size are the snowball blocks in this quilt?
I may have to make my blocks larger to accomodate the fabrics I have. Thank you for sharing. It is perfectly done.

Wow well done ! I like how your border pulls out that color in the quilt.

The snowballs are 7" in the pattern. The first sample quilt she had displayed had black sashing and red cornerstones. This year she had another with cream sashing. It was stunning.

You can make the squares any size you like, to accommodate your fabric.

Another pattern I would like to make to showcase beautiful prints would be from the Casting Shadows book, by Colleen Wise.
