I use Maxi-Lock on my sewing machine and serger. Comparing it to the Sure-Locak that you get at Wal-mart, it is a much better thread and someone at the sewing center here, told me to use that kind on my serger.

I use it as my main thread. Great color selection and it goes a LONG way.

I think so....I've never used it before.

I've used Maxi lock in my bobbin and top thread for sewing , so far, I've never had any problems.

when I first had a machine that would do embroidery, I practiced using regular thread, didn'/t want to waste expensive embroidery thread. Don"t know about the Maxi for that, but if you don"t try, you'll never know!
