It has been so nice the last 2 days listening to the snow and ice melt outside.

It's still cold, but not as bad as it was for the past 2 weeks when temps got down to minus 25 wind chill.

Today was 35 degrees and I'm doing the happy dance over it!

I still have about 6" of snow on the ground; some patches of dirt showing, warmer today but still needed hat & gloves to go out.

Funny you say that...I actually saw a gentleman at the store with open toe sandals, shorts, and a t-shirt on.

Temp. got up to 54 here today. Ane I stayed inside and sewed all day.

WOW planting tomatoes in February! AWESOME!!!

I was at a neighbor's house and saw a ton of robins - a sure sign of approaching spring!
AND
It's 5:45PM and it's still light outside!

my friend saw a boatload of fat robins the other day too...so maybe they know something we don't.

We have daffodils blooming and some flowering trees! Somewhat early, but so pretty!

still 3 ft of snow and I dont think it got over 27 today, and we had snow flurries...
