    Default Vintage style organization

I recently got married and moved into my husbands home. He built me a sewing room upstairs (my son calls it my "Sanctuary") I owned this huge vintage white shelf and used it in my kitchen before I got married. I knew it would be dreamy filled with beautiful fabric in my new room. My husband had to cut it in half to get it up the stairs! It is now in place, put back together and overflowing with blooms and color.....

I have various baskets to keep scraps, according to type (childrens, vintage, or clothes found at garage sales made of great fabric to use) I also keep jars of buttons and my sewing, quilting, and some gardening and children's books on this shelf just to add to my inspiration.

When I need to be alone, need a pick-me-up, or just a "girl" fix...... this is where I go.

This looks so pretty, not sure if I could mess it up! Glad you could reuse your shelves!
