Cool Whoo hoo for me

tonight I stopped at a local Tuesday nite auction sale and what did I see? A beautiful 201 in a beautiful cabinet. As soon as I get it in the house tomorrow I will take pics and post. She doesn't look like she had been used at all. I mean like brand new and the cabinet too. Has the little drawer that flips out on the front and guess what I paid? A whole $10. yes I said $10. It had a box with the buttonhole attachment and the power cord also. Only a ruffler in the box too, but I have several boxes of attachments that will fit this beauty.

I am green with envy. I think I am the only one in the world who hasn't yet found a great bargain on a OSM. And it's not like I'm not looking. Oh well.

Congratulations on your bargain. The 201 is a great machine and I'm sure you'll love it. Don't forget to post a pic!

What a terrific find. I am so jealous! I'm also looking for a 201 to add to our collection.

This is my newest baby. didn't even dust it off. For $10 she sure looks good and I am quite sure she is older than me. amy

anybody know the website for the singer 201 manual? I downloaded the 301 manual as I have 2 of them. I also have the 15-91 w/manual. I think I have a 99 somewhere here too that I can't find yet.
