Default Meet Cookie

This is Cookie (Grover & Baker 1849). She joins my other girls Elli (Eldridge 1870) and Baby (Singer #20). Does anyone else name their machines?

She's a BEAUTY!! BTW, my nickname is Cookie. A lot of the ladies here name their vintage machines. I don't happen to own one but I call my Janome "Clara".

Cookie aka LoisM, my friend calls me "Clara"!

Most of my machines are named...they all have personalities!

I love your machines. I have a treadle (no name yet).I've never seen a machine like Cookie.I named my black FW Maggie May, haven't named my white FW yet. I named my new car Rosie the Roadster (a 2 seater conv. Benz) and I had a mini van we called "the mother ship". Sometimes I can't think of a good name for a car or sewing machine for that matter. LOL

Oh, WOW! I said that out loud and the DH said "What, what!" I showed him the pic and he said, nice. Great complement from him. LOL
