Default How to quilt?

Hi Everyone,

I have just finished a top that has 4 squares made up of 21 x 21 mini (1") squares. The large squares have smashing between them and are set 2 on top and 2 on the bottom.... Got the picture????

My question is... How do you think I should quilt this..... Meander would not be suitable.... Oh and the mini squares are made up of 10 different colours radiating outwards from the centre.... Sort of rainbowish!!!!!!

HELP!

Hugs

Caroline

I think I understand what you are doing but without a picture, I don't have a clue about any suggestions. Can you post a photo?

i'm a fan of spirals at the moment - it would be easier to suggest with a photo, but your comment about the colors radiating out made me think spirals. i've got one quilt with many spirals on it - i want to say they were about 4" diameter.

what's the style of the design, ie, is the fabric modern or vintage? i think that makes a difference in the choice of quilting design as well.
