Shop Hop FUNNY!!
I have a friend that Loves fabric more than any quilter could ever and she doesn't quilt...I think most of the time she just collects fabric.......she can quilt but mostly makes clothes and household things and things for her doxie.
Anyway I decided to send her links to all the shops in the Shop Hop so she could find more material.
Well one of the shop has "The" in it so clicking on the shop to get the link I thought I saw "The" in the web address so I put "The" in the link..........well when my friend clicked on the link it sent her to a "Gay" website....she tried it again and then typed it in manually...same thing happened. So she e-mails me and tells me to take it off the list and what the problem was. Well I go to the list from the Shop Hop page and click on that shop and it worked Fine.....lesson learned...pay closer attention and Don't assume anything.
Needless to say we both got a good laugh out of it.

Oh my ... these computers just have something for everyone these days don't they!!
My hubby and I own a business making machines for the greenhouse industry. Our machines require a device to 'shake' the pan full of seed. Hubby thought he would see if he could find other suppliers of this 'device'.
So he went to Google and typed in 'vibrator'.
he got an eye full, and learned his lesson!!

Reminds me of the time I took a computer class way back when. The teacher told us to type in Yahoo. We then heard a "Oh,Oh,Oh,' coming from the corner of the room. When we looked, the lady was sitting there with her hands over the screen and "Oh.ing." When the teacher figured out what she had done, we all had a good laugh. Never type in Youhoo(porn site) when you mean Yahoo. LOL

I live by Over The Rainbow online quilt shop and love to go there! Wonderful place. But, if you want to go to their site, do not type in "the". Just OverRainbow.com (I think this might be the site you are referring to)

The internet can be a dangerous place, for some of us! Some time ago, I was trying to find a quilt pattern (forgot which one) and found a link with the name of the pattern. Clicked it . . . and you guessed it! A porn site! I quickly closed the window . . . and another one popped up! As quickly as I closed one, another popped up. Talk about flustered! I turned off my computer and left it off, for a good while! =====:-| People ought not be allowed to use the names of innocent quilt patterns, for porn sites!!!

Hmmm - I don't have kisk cleanup. What do I do? I've been cleaning up by painstakingly removing cookies. Takes a buttload of time.
