Binding tutorial
I saw a tutorial either here or on facebook a few days ago and didn't save it and have really looked for it. I'm certainly not new to binding a quilt, but this technique was new to me. It was presented by a man (don't remember his name), and you sewed at a diagonal off each corner and snip a few threads and cut off two seams. Hope this makes sense. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Yes, it's probably Patrick Lose. I use this trick all the time for my binding.
Here's the video.

Yes, yes, yes, it's Patrick Lose. Well, I already finished it just trying to remember some of it. Didn't do it exactly like he did, but did sew off diagonally and it still turned out really nice. Saved the tutorial this time. Thanks for your help. I also use Sharon Schrambler's method of gluing down my binding and that helps so very much. I press it down with my iron, but still let it sit for a couple hours just to make sure the glue is dry. So, will finish it later today.

I use it all the time with the diagonal corner seam and trimmed.
Hope it helps!
