They are great scissors.
It pays to buy a couple of really good scissors for household use too. I never pass up a great price on scissors for gifts. All the scissors in my house are the good ones. No one comes looking in my sewing room for good ones. LOL
I found Kai 8" pro shears at Tuesday Mornings last week (it's open in my town) for $9.99. Also Fons and Porter's red handle scissors are Kai. I have found those at Tuesday Mornings too. Many times the great scissors are mixed in with other brands of scissor hanging on the hook.
