Taping the ceiling and perhaps getting to the painting in the hallway. Cleaning up Christmas and birthday detritus. And making little bits of thread rain from the sewing machine to see if the new Yeedi (Roomba esque) can handle it.

Husband went to deer camp until Thursday so It's just me and the dog and the grands are in and out. I have a sew day with my sew group Wednesday.

Looking out the window at the lake as the water does amazing ice swirls, making soup with leftovers, and working on small woolen applique projects that I did not complete. My daughters and nieces are starting amaryllis bulbs and will text their progress. And I will begin work on t-shirt quilts for grandson and granddaughter. Staying positive as we patiently await covid vaccinations and the end of the pandemic.

I am going to play with my new accuquilt dies and revel in the Christmas season. The tree doesn't come down until after the 6th of Jan. I still have a few gifts that are waiting a bit longer for this holiday to be given out. They will get there. Then relax with DH.

I continue to work on my strip QAYG. Making piano key borders to go around it. Then a border all around.
