First..be sure they need replacing...sometimes they need new tires, a good cleaning,or those teeny little plugs work themselves just loose enough to stop working, even though they look plugged in.
If you still need them, I would contact this man...he is very helpful and will steer you in the right direction, even if it's somewhere else...

Also...style B on this site says they will replace the original white encoders on tin lizzies... I would call first just to make sure, they are very helpful,too.
