My lights went the other night do to bad lighting storms we have been having for the last few weeks. Darn now I had to sew by hand . Then I had to drag out my granmothers old iorn the kind that was heated up by awood or gas stove. Always a Quilter nothing gets me down. I even quilt when I have to stay in the hospital.

that's what I call determined! I have a working treadle machine but not an iron I could use, need to look for one I guess, I usually just sit around and grumble when the lights go out.

And I need the treadle machine I almost had one . smoe one put one out with the trash, I saw it going to work I stoped and truned around but someone elsse got to it be for me.
