I ran across the rules for the 2008 Northcott Quest for a Cure Block Challenge the other day. The prizes are really terrific and who would Not like some extra cash? Have any of you ever done 1 of these and has anyone won anything?

I'm thinking about it...it can't hurt and money gets donated to a great cause for EVERY entry they get. I may have to order some of this fabric.

I think this is a really cool opportunity.
I'll be looking for an appropriate entry.
Does this need to be an original block, or can we use "public domain" blocks and their fabrics? I wasn't sure from the instructions.

I don't know purplemem. I've never done anything like this before, but I would assume that you design your own block. Thats what I think I'll do anyway.
