I bag of Rhodes Cinnamon rolls (frozen)
this is for 6 rolls.
1 small box of cook and serve vanilla pudding
1 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of milk or cream
1 stick of melted butter (not margarine)
1 cup plus of pecans or walnuts

In the bottom of a 9 x 9 baking pan spread the nuts. I use 2 cups of pecans.
Place the frozen rolls evenly on top of the nuts.
Sprinkle the top of the rolls with the dry pudding mix.
Mix the butter and brown sugar and milk together and pour over the rolls and pudding mix.
Cover and place in a warm area and raise according to package instructions.
Bake the rolls in a preheated oven according to package instructions. You may need to bake a few minutes longer then the instructions.
When the rolls are done..flip over on a foil lined plate or baking sheet.
If you use the large 12 count package of rolls use the large box of cook and serve pudding mix, 2 sticks of butter and 4 tablespoons of milk.

This recipe sounds a little weird..using the pudding mix. You will not believe how wonderful they are.
Enjoy!

This recipe is similar to yours, but you let them raise
over night. A favorite.

That sounds so good. I will have to make them, but I think I will wait for fall when it is a tad cooler. I love pecans and 2 cups sounds wonderful. Thanks so much for sharing.

I have a very similar recipe. I put it all together at night (10 or so) and let it sit on the counter overnight, then bake in the morning.

We call them sticky buns!
