I don't know if any of you have ever seen this done before, but I thought I would share it just in case. I thought it made a really pretty lamp shade. Check it out at these two sites:

It looks lovely, but I don't think I have ever seen any coffee filters like those here, I shall have to go and look.

Very pretty and romantic looking...but would not remain that way long at our house. Looks like they would be a nightmare to keep dusted:).

It is pretty - like a wedding accessory but I'd worry about it catching on fire.

I like it and it's very pretty but I'd be afraid it would burn the house down...Heat..paper.....not a good combination!

It might be nice for a temporary decoration such as wedding decor or temporary party decor but I don't know about everyday use. Sounds scarey to me.
