You are just great at this tutorial, I understand every thing you did. Thanks for sharing one awesome star, and the journey you took us on.

First of all, your star is beautiful. The embroidery is fantastic. Would like to see a full shot of the finished (embroidered) star. Second, (and I realize I should already know this) where do you get the "grid" material? Are there many sizes of the grid? Is this considered the same as paper piecing? Thank you for the tutorial and the help. Yolanda Carlson (Illinois/Wisconsin)

Thank you for the wonderful tutorial. This one goes on my bucket list. BTW your English is fine - seems everone who followed the thread understood perfectly. Thank you for sharing and not keeping this treasure from us because of a perceived language barrier. We all speak one language here: QUILTING!

Great job: Love your star and love your embroidery. You are very brave to do this in a 2nd language. Guess quilting is a universal language! I'll save this under favorites to try sometime!

Your english is fine but your star is absolutely beautimus...that means better than beautiful. I am going to have to cut and paste and try to get this in one document so I can make it. I love the embroidery also. What a great finishing touch!

Your tutorial was wonderful, the design is out of this world and your embellishments are the topping on the cake.
Just beutiful! Great job. Thanks for sharing that.
