I cannot believe the beautiful little stitches you make...I dont think my hands will take all the hand work because of arthritis...trying to think how to do by machine. TY for tutorial...excellent.

This method is lovely and I will try it. To Margie, Regarding machine work due to your arthritis: Eddie posted a tutorial with Cathedral Window done on the machine which would be easier on your hands. Hope it helps you.

What if you machine the gathering stitches, then when you get to the stage of joining, machine all the 2 "folds" together , then put in the square pieces and close with machine again? Will that work? I have to get the topper out and see how we can machine join.
