Welcome here...I appears that you are a new member....suggestion: Missouri star quilt company has many tutorials on charms, layer cakes, jelly rolls (all precuts). These can be viewed either via their website or you tube. If you haven't already seen them...great place to start....

I know this is an old thread, but I just want to say "Great block!" I have a batik layer cake in blues and golds that is just *crying* for this. But I can't start until I finish the current project, put the borders on two other tops, and finish at least 1 UFO.
