I do this, but also take the small sticky note and attach it to the board with the measurement of fabric on each board. It helps me when I need a desired amount of fabric, or just because.

Now that is a hobby by itself folding and organizing . I have one long row. Will make the small one for fqs. Real nice work.

Just wondering if anyone else has used this folding tutorial in organizing their quilt room? Please post pictures so we can oooh and aaah and encourage others along the way. By the way, my fabric remains to be very neat and organized but the room is a wreck!

nice to see you are still here alaskasunshine , a lot of people have looked at this thread
I didn't use boards, just ruler folded, but it has been about 10 years ago and the stash still looks great.
One, because I quit buying fabric in 2001 :) but more so because I put things in order after I've auditioned fabric.
