Thanks so much for posting this tut, and visually in steps; great to share with my charity quilt sewing friends. We will do quite a lot in the fall. I agree with someone else, you could shift "the cut seams" up & down for different effects. i.e. every 2nd seam (2,4,6,8), staggered (1,3,1,3,1,3).

Thank you for this tutorial. I was looking at some instructions for a scrappy Bargello quilt and some of the instructions didn't quite make sence to me. Namely making the tube and what the heck to do with it once you made it. This tutorial clarified what was instructed in a much simpler manner that I can understand. Thanks again. Going to bookmark it so I can use it.
